We perfer that someone to be present during drop off, however there are times that isnt possible. We require a detail of where you want your dumpster during your booking process. This allows us to put the dumpster as close to where you would want it without being present.

At JRS Dumpster Rentals we pride ourselves in doing everything we can to protect your property while our dumpster is on site. Our dumpster policy is that each dumpster will sit on heavy timber to ensure that we reduce the chance of damage to your property. JRS Dumpster Rentals is not responsible for any damages to the surface where a dumpster is located, however we will do our very best to accomodate any needs from the customer.

Put in a much as you want - but you can not stack higher then the top of the dumpster. It is law that JRS Dumpster Rentals tarps the dumpster prior to moving the dumpster. If product exceeds the side we reserve the right to remove excess on site.
